There is a page in the admin area of NewsPad for Web Wiz Forums integration where you enter the database connection details of Web Wiz Forums, so that NewsPad can read from the forum database.

Also in the Web Wiz Forums admin area on the Forum Configuration page you can enable NewsPad integration so that members have a subscribe/unsubscribe link on their forum profile page and when registering.

My SMTP server relay emails to NewsPad member but Forum members can not receive any email from NewsPad.

When you go to send eNewsletters as long as you setup the Web Wiz Forums integration it will also show you a list of forum members groups and you need to select which forum member groups you want to send the eNewsletter to.

Newspad will then send eNewsletters to those forum members who have selected to receive newsletters in their forum profile.

If I buy newspad today, can it be updated for free to version 2 when this is fully developed.

PS: Can you run with MSSQL in newspad and MySql in the forum, or give this problems.

If you purchase a NewsPad license now it would cover both versions 1 and 2 of NewsPad.

Any database version of NewsPad can connect to any database version of Web Wiz Forums.

For some reason, the forum and newspad integration isn't working for me.  All my forum members have "Newsletter Subscription" as "Yes" and both the forum and newspad admin options have integration turned on.

Any ideas?

EDITED:
Forget the above post.

I've tested it and it's definitely sending newsletters to forum members.  I assumed the subscribed forum members would appear under the Newspad subscribers list, but it appears that only those subscribing directly appear in this list.  A little confusing as I thought all would appear.
