I have another DB that I use for user authentication that has already been imported into forum. I would like to use the existing cookie to allow autologin of people already authenticated when logged into intranet site this is being used for.
The name of the field I like to have the forum script check against in UserID. Something like UserID = (whatever forum uses) in where ever it checks when you first enter the forum so that they only have to login once for the whole site. Everything else is already set up that way. How would I go about doing that?
