I can certainly tell you what this error means without a doubt.
It means that the AspUpload component is NOT installed on the web server. This isn't a surprise with 1&1, and trying to convince the support staff will be your next mission, they may finally pass it across to the technitions to look into it for you, but I personally would be looking for a better host and keeping well away from 1&1. |
