I've just become a member under the Free Express Hosting Package. For starters, I want to upload/post a .htm file to my site so I can test that I am placing it in the right place. When that is good, I want to upload an asp.net application. Where and how exactly do I accomplish this and what what would be the URL path to go to to view it?

You can host both static .htm and ASP.NET websites under your free hosting package., along with Classic ASP and PHP.
The page below in our hosting knowledge base gives information on how to setup and use your FTP account:- The page below explains the file system so you know where to upload your web pages or ASP.NET application to:- You would have created a domain when setting up your account which you would use as the URL to your forum. If you are unsure what this is then please see the Space Summary Email that you would have received when your hosting package was created.
