I still have a problem with the picture upload pop-up window that is not deep enough to let the OK button to appear. It confuses many not-technically inclined users...
I checked with this forum and your version 4.07vvf show ok. It seems I run the same version and it gives me the problem ...

I did purchase the license for the Web Wiz forum. do I have to purchase an additional  licence for the Rich text Editor which seems to control the upload of the pictures ?

Thank you!

Looking again at your image it appears the 'Preview' button at the top of the Window is on the wrong line, it should be displayed inline with the Image URL text box.

I suspect that maybe your browser settings are causing this, for example if you have the default fount size set larger than normal in your browser it can push some elements to new lines like it is doing in this case.

The only thing could possible try is for the next release making the Image URL text box smaller so that it does not push the 'Preview' button to a new line.

The Rich Text Editor is included with Web Wiz Forums. It is a specially adapted version of our standalone version, which has many modifications to allow it to run better within Web Wiz Forums and also integrate the forum permissions system and security.

Support in the free supports forums does not extend to looking at invidual forums. However, if you have purchased support you can create a ticket from your Client Area account.

However, I suspect the issue is a setting on your browser, so would be unable to help. You would just need to wait for the next released which should be by the end of this month.
