If you view Web Wiz Forums in a mobile browser it already changes and displays a mobile version of Web Wiz Forums in the mobile browser on Android, iOS and  WindowsPhone

Please bear with me on this... I have some coding experience but was wondering how  to code a mobile version of the forum custom header and custom footer code I have in the skin settings.

Is a script in the custom header/footer for mobile allowed? Are there any WebWizForum specific variables I could use?   i.e if mobile {}..... else  {} ....

Would a future version have a separate custom header for desktop and one for mobile?  Can this easily be coded into the custom header and custom footer?

Thanks
Mark

Only client side coding such as JavaScript can be used in the mobile header and footer set from the admin area.

If you needed to add ASP coding you would need to edit the header.asp and footer.asp files in the includes folder to add your own custom ASP code.
