hi all,


i have successfully installed last version of Web Wiz Forums,install with mdb file. But....

When i try to create new forum from the administration panel, i get the error 404 : http://127.0.0.1/_forum1.html - not found. 

In home page i can see new forum,but i can't enter... any ideas ?

It sounds like you have URL Rewriting Enabled from the SEO page in the admin area but do not have URL Rewriting supported by your web server.

Turn off the URL Rewriting features in the Search Engine Optimisation page in the admin area.

i turn off the : URL Rewriting Page Names,I tried to create a new forum... but still have the same problem :404 : http://127.0.0.1/_forum2.html - not found.   

how to fix it ?


I have win 2008 r2 with iis

Remove the URL Rewriting web.config file and make sure that your browser is not chaching the redirect.

Firefox and Chrome have a bad habit of caching redirects so even after the redirect has changed these browser still do the old redirect.

I don't have this file on my web directory , try to use WebWizForums ver.6.32 and it's work well...what's problem with last version ?
